WeFlock is a mobile app for women and their partners to manage their house chores together. Women have been burdened with an imbalanced amount of care work even as they become working mothers. WeFlock tracks tasks women and their partners should carry out, making everything transparent in their partnership.

Process
I believe that process is as vital as the result of the design. Process is where designers think about the consequences of their design, and it is not an aspect that I take lightly.

Research
Research encompasses the rest of the design steps. Research in design ranges from reading news, articles, and books to meeting the stakeholders. It also includes brainstorming in a design sprint which can ignite research questions which could affect vital design decisions.
Define
After gathering all that data, we need to organise & synthesise the data into meaningful and understandable deliverables. The key deliverables in this step could be affinity map, empathy map, persona, user journey map, user flow, and more.

Prototype
Since we have most information we need for the design part, we can get into the prototyping phase. Here, it is essential that we keep empathising with our users even when working on the high-fidelity design.

Test
Testing is crucial in every design process. Without testing, we would not know whether the design would work or solve the problem. I usually conduct qualitative usability testing to see the users’ behaviours when using the design.
